The broad spectrum of career paths they’ve chosen shows just how diverse our training opportunities are: Our new apprentices include an industrial clerk, an industrial mechanic focusing on plant technology, a media technologist for screen printing, two plastics and rubber technologists, a technical product designer, and a digitalization management clerk. They are joined by a student completing a dual study program in industrial business administration at DHBW Ravensburg, combined with valuable practical experience at rose plastic.
We know from experience that choosing the right career isn’t easy. That’s why we offer young people the chance to gain an insight into our work through internships. Seven of our new apprentices took advantage of this opportunity before deciding to join us. So we’re all the more pleased that they’re now beginning their training with us – and shaping their future as part of our team.
