For the third time in a row, we have been awarded the "Excellent Training Company" seal of quality. The seal gives young people guidance, when it comes to finding and choosing an apprenticeship.

Does this training company really deliver what it promises? It is often difficult for people looking for a training position to tell. This is where seals of approval can help, providing students with neutral and reliable guidance - such as the "Excellent Training Company" seal. rose plastic has now successfully participated in the certification of ertragswerkstatt GmbH for the third time.

The data for the certification is collected on the basis of two surveys: For example, statistical data and key figures on training as well as measures, programs and concepts are requested from the companies. However, our trainees played the far more important part. How do they themselves rate their training company? What is the quality of the training, how are trainees treated in our company and what are their future prospects? These are just a few of the questions that our trainees were asked.

A sense of belonging is important to our trainees.

rose plastic was even able to improve on last year's survey by a few points - despite the challenging Corona year. We did particularly well in terms of the feeling of belonging to the company and the image as a training company. Lea Klein, who is responsible for training at rose plastic, is particularly pleased about this. According to Klein, amongst other things, success of a company strongly depends on to what extend employees see themselves as part of the company, thus, creating the vital team spirit.

The quality seal of the ertragswerkstatt GmbH is a yearly award that was established in 2013. In the past years, more than 100 companies per year have had the quality of their training processes assessed extensively. The initiative “Excellent Training and Apprenticeship” is, thus, the largest independent and neutral certification for companies in Germany.
