Three apprentices started their professional life at rose plastic on September 1st. Thus, we are currently training a total of eleven young people in industrial, technical and commercial professions.

After a welcome by our personnel manager Nadine Mollet, the three new trainees could get a first impression of their training company by means of a short company presentation. The introduction continued with a guided tour through the entire company.
Since rose plastic attaches great importance to team spirit, two days of seminars and training sessions are planned for mid-September. For the trainees from all apprentice years, this is the perfect opportunity to get to know each other better. The trainers are also invited. An internal seminar is then scheduled for the fall, during which the new apprentices get to know the employees of their training company.

In the middle of action right from the start

This year, rose plastic took on apprentices as process mechanics for injection molding and as industrial mechanics. In addition, one student has started her studies in business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Ravensburg (DHBW) and at rose plastic as a partner company.

Our apprentices are given projects and goals to work on during their apprenticeship year. For example, they organize company visits and trade fairs independently or work on suggestions for improvements. Every apprentice is actively involved and lends a hand - in keeping with the motto: "Together we are strong and powerful!"
