Eight apprentices started their careers at rose plastic on September 1. As a result, we are currently training a total of 15 young people in industrial, technical, and commercial areas at our headquarters in Hergensweiler.

By choosing an apprenticeship at our company, these eight young people are laying an important foundation for their future careers. Two of our trainees are learning the profession of Process Mechanic. Three others are being trained as Industrial Mechanics, Tool Mechanics, and Media Technologist – specializing in screen printing. In addition, an Information Technology Officer and a Technical Product Designer have started their training with us. The current cohort also includes one trainee who is studying Business Administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Ravensburg (DHBW) and also at rose plastic. The course combines practical work at our company with theory-based lectures at the university.

rose plastic has relied on in-house specialist training for many years. “If our trainees are motivated during their training period and earn the necessary qualifications through their own work and conduct, they have very good chances of being taken on permanently and having a good future,” emphasizes training manager Lea Klein.

The application round for 2023 is already up and running at rose plastic. Anyone interested in training with us can find detailed information about the various apprenticeships offered by our company on our website.
