Personal advice counts
Training officer Lea Rothenhäusler attaches great importance to personal advice for young people at the trade fair booth: "In many cases, choosing the right profession is a decision for life. That's why we like to take the time for an intensive discussion in which we sound out the young people's interests and present our attractive training opportunities." And Lea Rothenhäusler and her team do not only do this at training fairs: The company offers interested students the opportunity of an short-term-internship at any time in order to get to know a specific profession in practice. An offer, which is gladly accepted by many students, as Lea Rothenhäusler reports.
Broad range of training opportunities
At present 21 young people are completing a commercial or industrial vocational training or a dual study in the subjects business administration, mechanical engineering and industrial engineering at rose plastic in Hergensweiler. The company has already received several awards for its exemplary training work. (fv)
