Five trainees begin their careers

At the start of September, five new trainees and students began their professional journey with us. The new arrivals have strengthened the team at our Hergensweiler headquarters, where we’re currently training a total of 15 young people across various industrial, technical, and commercial fields.

By choosing their respective training programs and degree courses, these five young recruits are laying the groundwork for their future careers. Three of them have chosen to train as an industrial clerk, a tool mechanic, and an industrial mechanic with a focus on plant technology. Additionally, two other students are pursuing a dual study program in industrial business administration and business informatics at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Ravensburg (DHBW), alongside their hands-on training at rose plastic.

As a manufacturer of plastic packaging, rose plastic focuses on sustainable alternatives and is strongly committed to developing environmentally friendly solutions within the packaging industry. By focusing on sustainability, we are taking responsibility for the future, while also giving our trainees the chance to be part of this important movement.
