For the fifth time in a row, rose plastic AG has been awarded the “Excellent Training Company” seal of quality. As usual, our trainees were surveyed anonymously for this purpose:

Does this training company really deliver what it promises? This is often not readily apparent to those seeking training. This is where seals of approval can help, providing school pupils with a reliable and impartial guide. Just like the “Excellent Training Company” seal. For the fifth time, rose plastic AG has successfully obtained this certification from ertragswerkstatt GmbH.

However, this award is not only helpful for prospective trainees – the participating companies also receive valuable feedback through the anonymous survey. “The results help us to continuously develop our apprenticeships,” says Lea Klein, head of training at rose plastic AG.

The data required for the certification process is collected via two surveys: The companies submit (for example) statistical data and key figures on training as well as specific measures, programs, and concepts. A far more important role, however, is played by the trainees themselves. They are asked to answer around 100 detailed questions about the quality of their training. These cover a range of topics including the approach to trainees in the company and the training content, as well as future opportunities.

rose plastic has around 800 employees at ten locations worldwide. At our headquarters in Hergensweiler, we provide training in industrial, technical, and commercial fields. There is also an opportunity for our trainees to study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. Lea Klein has high praise for her training staff. “They have again shown their exemplary commitment to training our apprentices in their respective specialist departments.”

The ertragswerkstatt GmbH seal of approval has been awarded annually since 2013. According to ertragswerkstatt, the seal stands for a strong commitment to vocational training within the company, a high level of satisfaction among trainees, and a positive assessment of the training setting by trainees.
