Four apprentices began their careers at rose plastic in early September. As a result, we are currently training a total of 13 young people in industrial, technical, and commercial areas.

rose plastic has placed a major emphasis on training for many years. “If our trainees are motivated during their training period and earn the necessary qualifications through their own work and conduct, they have a very good chance of being taken on permanently and having a good future at our company,” explains training manager Lea Klein. By providing high-quality training, she adds, rose plastic can also counteract the shortage of skilled workers.

In the coming years, the four new apprentices and students will gain plenty of experience in different areas of the business. For example, two young women have chosen to train as an industrial clerk and a technical product designer respectively. The current cohort also includes two trainees who are studying business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Ravensburg (DHBW) and also at rose plastic. The course combines practical work at our company with theory-based lectures at the university.

The round of applications for 2024 is already underway at rose plastic. Anyone interested in an apprenticeship should take a look at our website, where they can find detailed information about the various apprenticeships offered by our company.
