Their chosen career paths are diverse: One apprentice is starting out in plastics processing as a plastics and rubber technologist, while another is training to become a technical product designer, combining technical expertise with design and engineering. An IT specialist for system integration is entering the IT field and will gain valuable insights into our company’s digital infrastructure. They are joined by a student completing a dual study program in industrial business management at DHBW Ravensburg, combining academic studies with hands-on experience at rose plastic.
This wide range of career paths shows just how many different skills and professions come together behind our products and our company. Turning an idea into a fully functional packaging solution requires technical know-how, digital processes, business expertise, and, above all, people working closely together.
For our new colleagues, the coming weeks will be all about settling in, getting to know their teams, trying out new things, and discovering plenty along the way. Step by step, they’ll become familiar with their respective areas, take on their own responsibilities, and see how their work contributes to the bigger picture.
At rose plastic, vocational training is about more than just gaining professional expertise. We want to give young people the opportunity to take on responsibility, discover their individual strengths, and grow both professionally and personally. Our trainers and colleagues in the respective departments will support and guide them throughout the years ahead.
