We have been waiting for this moment long enough – trade show organizers are finally re-opening their doors to the public. And we'll be there too, inviting guests to visit our trade show booth at the FachPack exhibition in Nuremberg and the EMO in Milan. At last we can welcome you back and present to you in person our latest products.
Thinking circular
Included in our trade show exhibit package is our new range of packaging made from post-consumer recycled materials (PCR). The recycled material is produced from private household waste plastics. This is collected in many ways depending on where you live. The plastic waste is then carefully reprocessed into granules and transformed into valuable, new resources that we then use to create our packaging. This ensures a circular life cycle for plastics.
In a collaborative project with our long-standing customer, the assembly and fastening experts Würth, we have developed recyclable packaging solutions for cutting tools made from 100% post-consumer recycled material (PCR). After succeeding against many other competing companies, we have been nominated for Germany's Sustainability Prize in the Design category.
Our protective packaging used for transport, storage and organization has also been subjected to independent testing and endorsed with the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver.
Our products produced from PCR material have also been exclusively awarded with the "Blue Angel" environmental label from the Ministry of Health in Germany.

InsertBox Connect – a compact all-rounder
Our new InsertBox Connect product is also available in PCR. With only two sizes and various mounting geometries, the InsertBox Connect is the ideal individual packaging for a wide range of standardized indexable inserts with bores. Customized inserts are also possible. Our new box is also available without a centering insert and can therefore be used in a number of different ways.
Cushioning, foam materials are dispensed with completely in the InsertBox Connect, reducing both the number of packaging materials and the effort required to process orders – and saving storage space to boot. The new packaging also impresses thanks to its practical plug-in function, which inspired the “Connect” part of its name. The individual boxes can be interconnected on all sides and can thus be combined in any size. Interconnected boxes form a smooth surface for labels, inscriptions, or tags.

New features added to tried-and-tested packaging
Our TwistPack Plus has been given a facelift. We have optimized this popular packaging tube by adding middle sections to allow the packaging of extra-long products. Another new feature is the clip attached to the outer tube section to make the TwistPack Plus even more efficient. The TwistPack Plus range has grown significantly in number, now available in a total of 80 different sizes. Incidentally, TwistPack Plus is another rose plastic product available in PCR.
We have also added a new accessory to the TopPack range, namely TopPack FiveFrame, for conveniently bundling packaging tubes in units of 5. In contrast, the ProtectiveCap has been completely redesigned with an improved geometry, new material and in additional sizes for enhanced safety and protection for both product and user.
