Also this year the Young Team, the apprentices of rose plastic, and their instructors spent three days in an alpine-cabin in Oberstaufen, in the Allgaeu area (Southern Germany).

This year’s highlight was the construction of soapboxes at the Aktivzentrum in Oberstaufen: Under expert guidance, the apprentices built and painted. high-tech soapboxes, before they went to the race track. There, some of the daredevil drivers were thrown off the track, which they all took with good humor. In general, the atmosphere during the three days was very cheerful, as training manager Lea Rothenhaeusler from rose plastic emphasized.

Learning needs to be learned
The programme also included a hike through the “Eistobel”, a striking gorge with a wild waterfall near Isny, and the seminar "Learning to learn". There, the young rose plastic employees learned how to learn not only efficiently but also effectively and received lots of practical tips for their training.

Clear goal: Strengthen team spirit
rose plastic has been organizing the alpine-cabin event for many years and thus pursues a clear goal: "Our trainees should get to know each other better, develop a sense of togetherness and team spirit", says Lea Rothenhaeusler. This was once again a great success this year. (fv)
