For the first time since 2019, a two-day event took place for our Young Team at the beginning of September.
On the first day, the little grey cells were trained: A great seminar on "Presentation Technique" included some helpful tips for our trainees, which they were allowed to apply in specially prepared presentations right afterwards.
On day 2, team building in the middle of the forest was on the agenda in the form of challenging joint tasks with the names "pipeline", "bridge building" or "Ikea".
In any case, our trainees were able to get to know each other better and thus strengthen their team spirit. The Young Team can contently look back on two eventful days!
