The Hergensweiler company rose plastic has received the seal of quality for „Excellent Training and Apprenticeship 2019“. The seal gives young people guidance, when it comes to finding and choosing an apprenticeship.
Quite often, it is hard to judge for young people in search of an apprenticeship if a company really owns up to what it promises when it comes to apprenticeships and training. Here, quality seals are a tool for giving students unbiased guidance. In 2019, rose plastic has, for the first time, taken part in the certification “excellent training and apprenticeship” by the ertragswerkstatt GmbH and has immediately received the certificate.
Data for the certification is collected by means of two interviews. On the one hand, statistical information and key figures regarding training activities, programs and concepts are requested from the company. The more important part, however, rests with the apprentices, because it is crucial how they rate their company.
rose plastic has received a particularly good rating for the identification of the apprentices with the company. Lea Rothenhäusler, responsible for training at rose plastic, emphasizes: “Of course, it is very positive for us that our apprentices feel well connected to the company”. Amongst other things, success of a company strongly depends on to what extend employees see themselves as part of the company, thus, creating the vital team spirit.
The quality seal of the ertragswerkstatt GmbH is a yearly award that was established in 2013. In the past years, more than 100 companies per year have had the quality of their training processes assessed extensively. The initiative “Excellent Training and Apprenticeship” is, thus, the largest independent and neutral certification for companies in Germany.
