MH-Pack: Reliable Protection for Sensitive Exchangeable Heads
With the MH-Pack, rose plastic offers a packaging solution specifically designed for modular milling heads. The tool is securely held in place, while sensitive cutting edges and functional surfaces remain reliably protected. At the same time, the packaging allows for easy and safe removal.
The MH-Pack is resealable and designed for repeated use. The bottom section is available in both ABS and recycled-material versions. This addresses two aspects that are becoming increasingly important under the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR): packaging reuse and the use of recycled materials.
LogisticSystem: Safely Guiding Tools Through the Reconditioning Process
Tools that are reground, coated, or otherwise reconditioned often go through several transportation and processing stages. Our LogisticSystem helps make these processes organized and secure.
The stackable boxes can be equipped with specially designed foam trays and adjustable dividers. This keeps tools protected and neatly organized, even when the contents change.
The system is complemented by the SystemBoard, featuring adjustable inserts for different tool sizes. Precise tool positioning supports standardized processes during storage, transportation, and reconditioning. Since the SystemBoard is also suitable for immersion baths, tools can remain in the same carrier system during certain cleaning steps. This reduces additional handling and improves process reliability.
LogisticBox: Safe Collection and Recycling of Carbide Tools
At the end of a tool’s life cycle, the LogisticBox provides a safe solution for collecting and transporting worn carbide tools.
Its reinforced interior, securely closing lid, and stackable design make it easier to handle heavy and sharp-edged contents. Carbide scrap can be collected safely and then transferred for recycling.
