The simple, intuitive and innovative and ingenious locking function was considered exemplary. In addition, the repeated use and permanent solution of packaging was praised. The two-piece protective and packaging sleeve combines two essential functional product advantages: The bayonet-type TwistLock locking system for easy pushing/opening of the sleeve parts and the raster length adjustment with which the two sleeves can be adapted to the contents to be protected. With the new bayonet-type TwistLock locking system, the locking mechanism can now be fixed with a simple click. The intuitive function and minimal operating force combined with the high holding force of the engaged outer and inner part sleeves are particularly user-friendly. A simple rotary movement of approximately 10° fixes the desired length adjustment.
BlockPack receives the 2013 German Packaging Award!
On September 24, 2013, at the FachPack trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany, the German Packaging Institute e. V. (dvi) awarded the German Packaging Prize to 25 outstanding, cross-material innovations in all aspects of packaging. The new packaging tube BlockPack from rose plastic was also awarded in the sales packaging category.
